Refund policy

 

We understand that circumstances may cause you to have to cancel or reschedule your reservation. If you need to cancel please contact us since your deposit or payment can be applied within six (6) months of your canceled reservation (re-bookings must be for the same activity canceled).

If there’s a medical or other emergency, please contact us to let us know why you couldn’t show up for your reservation in order to determine if there are extenuating circumstances, which enable you to receive a refund.

Refunds are sent via check and US Mail and may take six to eight weeks to receive. 

There is a $25.00 fee to reverse credit card charges.

Puppy deposits/Monies paid are not refundable but can be used towards a puppy in the future, when available.

TRAIL RIDES: All riders must be age 7 or older to ride the trails. This is for horseback riding for any guest on the farm including overnight guests. It is at the barn's discretion if they deem a child is not mature or tall enough, regardless of age, as to whether or not they can ride on the trail. We would offer an alternate arena ride with a parent or guardian supervision, at that time. 

NO SHOWS, Please note that if you do not show up or notify us by email or text you can't make your rescheduled appointment, the credit you received for your past reservation is forfeited.

SOMETIMES we have to reschedule your reservation due to no fault of yours or the weather, but in fact due to staffing issues or even pandemics !! We make every attempt to reschedule your reservation at a time and date convenient for you, however, if a new date or time for an overnight stay, day trip, ride, party, etc....isn't available for your schedule, you can transfer your credit to a friend or family member as a credit in the future for the same activity within 6 months from the date of your original reservation.  Please note, if you wait too long to reschedule you may be in a different season and prices may change to a higher rate, depending upon the season.



MONTHLY PROMOTIONS.  If you book and pay for a horseback ride or any one of our B&B rooms; Guest Cottage during a promotional month, it is our policy that you use the service you purchased during the promotional month.  We do not allow "carry over" purchases unless we need to reschedule your reservation due to no fault of yours, pandemic reasons and/or the weather.  

A refund request must be made within 48 hours of your scheduled visit. (does not guarantee a refund will be authorized.)

All cancellations must be made in writing. 
All cancellations made by the customer have a credit in the future for the monies paid for the same activity within 6 months from the date of your original reservation.  Please note, if you wait too long to reschedule you may be in a different season and prices may change to a higher rate, depending upon the season.
