2022 SCHEDULE
SESSION I (FULL)
YOUNG GIRLS BEGINNER CAMP - Limited to 6 girls
Ages 6 to 9
May 31st to June 3rd
9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
**Orientation begins at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday
BEFORE & AFTER CARE AVAILABLE ($10 per hour)
This session is designed for young girls who love horses! In this session we will teach the girls basic western riding, how to groom and saddle a horse, and how to perfect their seat and balance along with playing arena games on horseback with Grab Bag rewards, participating in horse/farm related activities, learning about our animals in our petting zoo and how to take care of them, and arts & crafts, too! A riding program will take place at 11:00 a.m., on Friday to show family their riding skills! Ribbon awards presentation after the riding program. Lunch and refreshments are provided by Splendor Farms and a tour of the farm is offered by the camper.
Registration fee is $100.00, which goes towards equine and farm insurance. Tuition is $315, and includes the campers’ horse for the week, as well as all tack and grooming supplies.
Camper Registration Form and $100.00 fee are required to register for this session. Tuition and all remaining forms are due May 1st, 2022.
SESSION II (1 SPACE AVAILABLE)
OVERNIGHT - Limited to 6 girls
Ages 11 and up
June 6th to 10th
OVERNIGHT
**Orientation begins at 9:00 a.m. on Monday
(Laundry service available)
In this session we will teach the girls basic western riding, how to groom and saddle a horse, and how to perfect their seat and balance along with playing arena games on horseback with Grab Bag rewards, participating in horse/farm related activities, learning about our animals in our petting zoo and how to take care of them, and arts & crafts, too!
