The Guest Bunkhouse is a fully furnished guest apartment with 8 bunk beds, fully stocked kitchen with all appliances and dishware, TV with Amazon Fire Stick, and full bath. Air-conditioned and heated—with ceiling and other fans—the Bunkhouse is the perfect year-round getaway for families or groups of up to 8 people.

Sheets, pillows, light blankets, toilet paper, and paper towels are provided. Bunkhouse guests must bring their own bath and swim towels.

NOTE: You must bring your own groceries and prepare your own meals.

GUEST BUNKHOUSE RATES:

All riders must be age 7 or older to ride the trails. This is for horseback riding for any guest on the farm including overnight guests. It is at the barn's discretion if they deem a child is not mature or tall enough, regardless of age, as to whether or not they can ride on the trail. We would offer an alternate arena ride with a parent or guardian supervision, at that time.

CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00PM FRIDAY

CHECK-OUT TIME: NOON SUNDAY

THREE-NIGHT ALL-INCLUSIVE RENTAL RATE: $1,625* (plus applicable sales tax that we are required to add by law)

*Includes horseback riding, saltwater swimming pool & hot tub (seasonal), fishing, hiking, lawn games, petting farm visits, and all Bunkhouse amenities described above. No meals included. Pre-payment required. The rental rate is based on Six (6) to Eight (8) persons.

Outdoor Activities:

Your private farm stay includes all of the following outdoor activities:

HORSEBACK RIDING, with guided trail rides — helmets provided. 250-pound weight limit. Children under 7 cannot ride the trails but can ride in the arena.
FISHING, bring your own poles and bait. Catch and release only.

PETTING FARM VISITS, with feed provided for the animals
SWIMMING AND SOAKING in our heated saltwater pool and hot tub (in season).
OUTDOOR GAMES, including volleyball, horseshoes, corn hole, bocce, and a small playground for kids.

A fire pit and smoker/grill/pizza oven (coming soon!) are also available. Please contact us for details. The bunkhouse is a smoke-free property, but there’s an available smoking area with seating for your use.

CANCELATIONS/RESCHEDULES

If you have to cancel or reschedule your paid stay with us, you have 6 months, but please keep in mind there may be an added charge, depending upon the season. Thank you for understanding.
